having problmes with MU and hide login feature

I have this plugin in some sites and all seems to work fine BUT I’ve find a “little” bug. In networks (wordprsss multisite) when the hide login url is activated, nobody can login from the networks sites. For example:

maissite.com/newurllogin -> works fine

subsite.1.com/newurllogin -> seem to works fine but after login, when I try to go to new post, or any other admin panel place, I have a not_found error
