   Hello. I'm attempting to install WP on a Premium Account on GoDaddy (has hosting, etc.). MobileMe was used in conjunction with iWeb to get the previous version of a website up. I'm having a problem installing WP.

   I tried to do GoDaddys Auto-Install, couldn't find where files were being stored so I deleted it. Tried a Manual Install. Failed. Tried to just drag the WP folder. Failed. Spoke with GoDaddy reps and am now waiting on another attempt at the Auto-Install.

   Do you know if I have to disable MobileMe? Is that possibly interfering with WP? Please help.

   litlpineapple,

   Thanks for asking. Have you updated your DNS to point to your new Go Daddy hosting account? If you are trying to view the WordPress install via your domain, the domain should have the IP for the hosting account. If you create a Support ticket here: http://x.co/WeHelp and then comment back with the incident ID #, we can have our team review it.
