   http://www.kbos2.co.uk/?p=111 is the same as http://www.kbos2.co.uk/cds-dvd-rewritable-witch-lasts-longer/

   The problem is its duplicate content and i changed all my pages to title is there a way to get rid of all the pages with ?p= when i changed the pages to titles it has created 800 duplicate pages it does the same with tags and i need to get rid of ?tag= as well. Does anyone knowa way round this i have been penalised off google as well nearly had my account shutdown i have put the pages in normaliseation but it doesnt work in bing there has to be a way round this its a really major problem for me.
