   Hi, I'm helping a friend with this site and petition:

   http://www.gynecomastia-gyno.com/petition-to-have-gynecomastia-correction-classified-as-non-elective-surgery-and-covered-by-health-insurance-providers/

   But he wants the comments to be available on the main page of that post - not for people to have to click on comments to see the names. Any ideas?
