   Don't you hate it when problems appear out of the blue?

   I'm having a problem with wordpress, which recently dicided that I couldn't put up my witty pictures anymore and whenever I try and upload a pic, it says "The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/soggycor/public_html/bollywood/wp-content/uploads/2008/07."

   I have no idea why this happened or how, and I doubt it has anything to do with the upgrade, since it's been screwing up since before 2.6.

   It started happening a few days ago...as far as I know, I still have space in my server so that shouldn't be a problem.

   Help appreciated.

   perhaps the directory permissions arn't correct?

   How would I go about checking if they aren't?

   The directory does exist, and pics were being uploaded until recently

   Thanks Grey, your advice was right, I just didn't know how to check the permissions until recently. It was a problem with the permissions.
