have the title and a thumbnail in my posts

hey guys ..can someone please help me With This ??

i alredy have a theme i want …i just want to turn it into a video posting portal ….i just want a 3 or 4 row thumbnail gallery for each posts…it doesnt have to be auto thumbnail…if i use image links in custom fields that would be fine …i want it similar to this sites body for content http://www.TheHoodTv.Com
