   I have one blog that i have put themes etc and plug ins such as onlywire etc. when i do another blog do i have to go throug the whole process of adding all the plug ins again. Especially onlwire as I had to submit to all social media the first time. Yes you got it I am a newbie

   Yeah, pretty much.

   Even if you use MultiSite (which lets one WP install power multiple sites), you still have to configure each site separately.

   They're all installed only once tho - you just have to set them up again.
