   Hi. Perhaps I am dense, but I am trying to upload a plug-in to the WP repository, and going round in circles. I have attemped to use the help pages, but I get the feeling something is missing there.

   Can someone please explain, in terms a brain dead idiot can understand, how to accomplish this simple task?

   Hang on. If I go to http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/fraxion-payments-micropayments-for-bloggers/ this sounds like it hasn't been approved yet.

   Does this mean I have to wait and be patient until it has been approved, and an email is sent to me?
