   Hi, is it possible to integrate Captcha into Schreikasten? Just so to avoid spam when using it for non-registered users also.

   Hi John.

   Schreikasten uses Akismet as spam filter, and It works perfect for me. Give it a try. But if you require captcha and you don't want to use Akismet, tell me which plugin do you use to add this capabilitie in your site's comments forms, and I will try to integrate it into SK.

   I know it uses Akismet and I'm sure it works but I like to also prevent Spam from happening as well as trying to get rid of it after the event.

   I'm not using any general Captcha plugin since you have to be registered to leave comments at the site. But I also wanted a Guestbook that anyone can use and Schreikasten seems to fit that bill.

   I do use other plugins that use captcha like Fast Secure Contact Form, uCan Post and Quick Post Widget if that is of any use to you.

   I really think captcha would be a great addition to Schreikasten but I will also see if there is a general captcha plugin that works with Schreikasten.

   Hi John.

   I prefer to use 3rd party plugins to add extra capabilities in my programs, because if I choose one specific kind of captcha for sure someone would prefer other kind.

   I would look into the plugin directory.
