Have 2 sites with same theme. Fixed works with #1 but not #2.

    Hello!

    I see you have used option to move all javascript at the page bottom – this is the problem.
    Plugin init code runs before jQuery and plugin javasript file are loaded!

    I don’t know which option exactly doing this, so look at W3TC options
