I saw this after auto-upgrading to the latest version and running Exploit Scanner, which reported this as a "level severe" problem.
Why did this happen and how do I repair it?
Thanks for any help.

As far as I am aware, there's no such file in WordPress core.
It seems the plugin has to be updated for 3.4.2

I see!
Thank you very much. I searched and I didn't see this come up for some reason.
I wasn't sure it was a plugin problem or part of the WP release.
I guess you can call this solved!
As the developer is a bit slow on updating the plugin, you can fix the issue by yourself, uploading the file from this link:

It works for me :)
