    Very concerned about the number of people reporting an outright failure of this plugin to operate after updating WooCommerce and WordPress.

    The developer’s website has been down for a week and he has not responded to any of the support threads on any of his plugins.

    Interested if anyone has any information about this or another way to contact the developer.

    Thanks.

    FYI- I tried contacting the developer through Twitter and again, no response and no activity for several weeks.

    Sadly, I think I’m going to have to bail out of this plugin and purchase the gateway offered by WooCommerce.

    Finally reached the developer through his Twitter account and he then emailed me. However, he explained that he was having some personal issues and did not know when he’d be getting back to the project.

    There is no version 2.1.1 of your plugin yet available for download.

    its a typo. v2.0

    I guess it might be in better in the long run to buy the WooCommerce extension instead

    I couldn’t agree more and that’s exactly what we did.

    In another thread, I got slammed by a WP moderator for pointing out that the developer’s website URL is dead. I actually thought I was helping him by notifying him of that fact. FWIW, that’s the first place someone will go to seek help, not Twitter, when the developer stops responding to these WP support threads. IMO, it’s unprofessional (and just plain goofy) to keep a dead URL as your official website.

    change
    $relay_url = get_site_url().’/wc-api/’.get_class( $this );
    to $relay_url = get_site_url().’/?wc-api=’.get_class( $this );
    to resolve the issue with your plugin.

    Regards,
    AND.
