   hi,

   I just wanted to know whether it is possible to hardcode dynamic widgets into themes.

   I want to be able to have set widgets in the theme's sidebar but give the user the ability to edit the properties of the dashboard/widget section, but not give them the access to delete/change the widget sidebar.

   Any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks.
