Hello, and seasons greetings from Norway. :)

I need to include a widget in the template on a site, where the widget is supplied by an installed plugin. I need this widget under site-admin control, and it needs to show up on every new blog created by users.

I'm sure the method for doing this may vary somewhat depending on the templating support that comes with each plugin, but is there any sort of a catchall method of doing this in a good way?

This is specifically in regards to the WPMS sidebar login widget found here: http://www.7mediaws.org/blog/wpms_sidebar_login_widget.html
I don't see it discussed in the documentation or their forum, so I thought I might ask some of the experts here. Any pointers?
