Hard code tabs on profile page

    I’ve just started theming for WordPress and I love the simplicity so far. However, I’m having a problem when it comes to hard code tabs into my profile page. Does anyone have any know-how into how to do this?

    I’ve tried using Tabify but it’s just not working. I’ve also tried downloading plugins but they’re not working (hard coded or in profile), so any information on the matter would be helpful.
