   Hello everybody !

   I'm in big troubles :/
   I do run several blogs all made with WP ... some are under havy developpement .. (this to say, I know a little in PHP/MySQL).

   My personnal blog was running for quite a long time without any problem.
   I did personnalised (a few months ago) its theme (based one arjuna which I like very much)... it was running very well :)
   Since yesterday ... it is broken

   Err 500 Internal Server Error

   And I don't know why :(
   url = http://www.schoepp.fr

   I did a backup of my site and copy new files over the old one ... same problem :(
   I did on new fresh install on another dir ... the url = schoepp.fr lead to this new one why brand new files, no plugin, no theme ...
   I just copy settings, config and .htaccess for accessing the database ...
   and the new site falls into the same "internal server error" ...
   so I think there is a problem with the database (but I didn't make any change since quite long ago).

   My questionS :
   1/ How to solve the problem and make my site restart (without complétly erasing the database :/ )
   2/ Do you have any idea of what can be wrong ?
   3/ Do you have any idea of how to test further ?

   Why not contact the customer service for help?

   Do you mean the customer service from wordpress ?
   I didn't there was a customer service ... I thought that service was done on the forum.

   Well ... in addition of making a brand new site, I've allready tested
   * resetting plugins
   * removing themes
   * renaming .htaccess
   none function ...

   I don't think I've managed to access the right server's log because my web logs says :

   hello

   if it can help someone else

   1/ How to solve the problem and make my site restart (without complétly erasing the database :/ )

   the solution is to
   a/ make a new fresh install of wordpress in another database (or in the same DB with another prefix)
   b/ copy every table from the old database to the new one, every but not the user, usermeta nor option ...
   c/ copy every theme and every plugin form the old site to the nex one
   d/ change the DNS so the URL goes to the new site.

   Still don't know what was wrong :/ ... but my site is back :)
