hacked site

Hi, i have a site that was hacked, but not sure if it has been hacked via wordpress or not.

As google have classed my site as malware i cant even log into the back end to see if it was done that way, can anyone help please.

i have now updated to 3.0.1 it is hosted with mediatemple and the control i have is basically down to the themes and plugins, but someone had put the code into the footer.php file, also i have turned comments off etc as its not a blog
