Hacked my template a bit much? Pagination question.

Hi all,

I think I’ve hacked my template a bit much. I’m trying to get the standard WP pagination working but I’m not sure which line of code from the original template is doing this. I have a category, and I only want to be able to navigate between pages in that category, however, I’m using a custom query and category template.

The problem that happens is that if I click the More procedures button, it loads page 2 or 1, but the posts displayed are always the same.
