Hacked again, second time in a month! (4 posts)

I don't understand what is going on here. I've been hacked again, for the second time in a month. I just found out about this new hack but as I am out of the country until Thursday, there is nothing I can do about it - which is a nightmare! Then, the first thing I have to do after a 10 hour transatlantic flight is fix it.

Just had an email from a visitor saying his virus software said there was malware on my site. I checked the source code from front page and sure enough there is javascript code at the end of the script to a site called meqashopperinfo.

I just don't get why this is happening so frequently. After every hack I delete all my files and re-upload fresh copies, and change all my passwords for database, wordpress etc with 14 bit ones. But, clearly none of that does any good at all because here I am again, hacked.

Does anyone else get this so frequently?! It's the fourth time this year now for me.

all we can do is point you to the reading:

if you delete ALL files on your server, there shouldn't be a hidden back door. Unless something is hidden in your database. But ultimately if you are on an insecure host..... nothing you can do will fix anything

Thanks buddy. I've read most of those links several times before, but I'll go over it all again when I land back in the UK.

    Thanks again, appreciate the reply!
