   When I updated to the latest version of wordpress, it showed that christian-thoughts.org was hacked! how do i resolved it?

   Well... How do you know it was hacked? WordPress itself knows nothing of that.

   So with only 'OMG! Hacked!' as a report, we can only say this: http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_My_site_was_hacked

   I have been talking with the hosting service and they are putting up a backup from few days ago. I'm waiting for them to do it as soon as possible. Then I'll follow suggestions in that link you provided. (Thanks everyone!!!) However, I just wanted to let the WordPress know about this and try to contact anyone in charge of WordPress to see what we can do to resolve this hacked problem...

   WordPress will be doing nothing until someone has proven that it's WordPress that was hacked and not a plugin, an insecure server, or any of the common reasons someone's hacked.

   Basically, it sucks you got hacked, but right now, there are no known vulnerabilities in WP itself.

   well, I'm not sure but everything was fine with wordpress until that time when I updated to the latest version of wordpress, and suddenly, it was hacked...

   does it have anything to do with the network settings? my website is a multisite wordpress (wordpress mu).

    kikib - Let me put it in a different perspective :)

    You get new locks on your house. The next day you're robbed.

    Now with only that information, it could be the locksmith, it could be the lock, it could be the door. But until you get the cops in to look over the place, you might never notice that your bathroom window was left open.

    What I'm saying is that right now, we know you were hacked. That actually tells us very little in the grand scheme of things.

    Also - we cannot assume that the website linked in your profile is the site you meant. ;) THAT is the kind of info we need.
