I think you need to ask them about this. I’ve never – in 15 years of web development – heard of “h4 ignore tags”.

Stop placing most of your page/post content in H4 heading tags. That’s bad SEO.

Try removing all of the tags from your Page and Post contents.

Well – can you identify which content is inside H4 tags?
i don’t even know what a h4 tag is thats what I’m trying to figure out so i can fix it
Then you have two basic options:
– learn how to identify these tags and remove them yourself.
– hire someone to carry out the work for you
