   I upgraded to WP2.5 and one of my pages is longer found.
   I have checked the db and it's there. This guid shows the correct link.

   What is the relation between guid and permalinks or the actual URL?

   Have you updated permalink structure in the .htaccess file / through the settings panel after updating?

   If I am correct, permalinks are set through .htaccess and come up as the simple, ugly links if the htaccess has not been modified. I forgot WHAT exactly drives permalinks, but I do recall .htaccess makes them "go" so to speak.
