Over the past week I've had a handful of people say that they can't register or are having trouble logging into their account on a couple of my blogs. It appears to be primarily a password problem - they can't change their passwords after registering. I've tested it myself by registering a new account, and haven't had any trouble, and others seem to be having no trouble because I'm still getting several registrations a day.
Any ideas why this handful of people are having trouble?
Hi there, under settings, general you may not havechecked the boxs under membership.
Once these are checked you should have a register and login link available for your guests.
Underneath that you can also set their initial membership.
I normally keep this to subscriber, as you may not want your members to have more access rights at the present time.
