  • Hi,

Users who are not logged in are seeing a cached page from 2 days ago. You have altered other things since then, so some of the links in the cached page are not found, and the cached page is crashing out.

You should look at the documentation and settings for your plugin WP Super Cache, and maybe turn it off during development.

Can you now tell me what to do and make the shopping page working for all !

Will deleting and reinstalling the plugin solve the problem ?

    Regards

I don’t think you should delete and reinstall the plugin.

I suggest you select the “Use PHP to serve cached files” option for now, its on the Advanced tab.

Next, go to the Easy tab and click the “Delete Cache” button. This will get rid of any old out-of-date-pages so future pages will be fresh.

    Hi Lorro,

I figured that Use PHP to serve cached files option in advance tab of the plugin and than from top menu i clicked the delete cache button it shows everything fine but is that a permanent solution ?

Will everything work fine for further modifications in admin panel ?

    regards !

I don’t know about moving .htaccess.

To get the site working, you can go to the Settings menu / WP Super Cache item / Advanced tab / Caching section at the top, and select the “Use PHP to serve cached files” option. I think this method avoids the need to worry about the file manager and .htaccess.

It might be best to turn caching off while you keep changing things because you are developing the site.

If a page is not working, go to the Easy tab and click the “Delete cache” button so you are not seeing out-of-date pages.

ok so i will have to keep in mind that i deactivate the wp supercache during any changes that i make such as adding new plugins or editing the css right ?

Well, either “Delete cache” after any changes, or turn caching off until your development work is complete.

    Lorro,

I came across one more problem even after delete cache process i would like you to give it a check

Without logged in other pages : http://awesomescreenshot.com/0cb2qygwdc
With Logged in homepage : http://awesomescreenshot.com/0bc2qyh5b1

    idk why its different ?

    Regards

I think that’s just how the theme author has chosen to style it.
