Guest Post form and Custom fields

    Hi,

    I have a website where I want to set the following functions.

    – Guest can post without registration / coming backend.
    – Custom fields on the guest form / posting page before form submission by guest
    – When admin approve the post, the guest’s name will be visible on home page in ‘posted by’

    .
    Any help ??
