I can’t see what to review that’s been changed from the theme your website uses.
Chiropractor! images 2 and 4 are either badly cropped or don’t work for this image size. It’s very elegant but I think decide either grey or black – the black contact details seems out of place. And I don’t think it’s a great idea to have a longer right hand side content panel – it’s duplicate content anyway as you have a contact page where the map etc should live. But it certainly looks elegant generally.
