Gudiance needed, Magazino theme, important and useful modifications or features

Request to guide me step by step to include below kind of features / possibilities.

1) Slider navigation left/right arrows be small.
2) Menu, photo title etc; be in small case and changing the font size of titles.
3) Insert adsense or text in between header logo and social icons.
4) Whole image boxes grid below the slider be clickable that opens its post instead of just title link be clickable.
5) Howdy Semanth, New-> Post, Media etc; be as drop down menus in the side bar or to the main navigation bar after home, about me (I will remove total top title bar ribbon).
6) In the posted page, decrease the gaps between each item/block. ie; gap between title, image, previous/next link.
6a) the comment section/block be placed in the left side of the image/post just below the ‘by semanth, on Jul, under nature, permalink etc; instead of placed below the image.
6b) Posts previous/next navigation buttons/links be placed before the image or just below the title or on the sides of the image or flying in the middle of the page.
7) In the home page, include one more block that will show Portfolio/Projects (and users be able to add New-> Portfolio post) just like that in Yasmin’s 3rd horizontal block. ie; each portfolio grid block will open portfolio page where there will be again a small slide show showing images related to that post.
