Grouped Products: One Downloadable the Other Not

So here’s the set up. I have many products that have a version that is downloadable and a version that is rebranded and sent. The issue here is that people would like to not have to go through the whole cart process for a free download, they would prefer it stay on the page and allow them to download it from the shop page to preview the product prior to purchasing a rebrand of it.

I tried to put a button in the product description to allow for a download, but we have a login set up. This means people can view the shop without being logged in, but cannot purchase until they are logged in. The product description area apparently is not included in the WooCommerce option to only allow downloads to those logged it, trust me I tried it.

Essentially I want an instant download on a grouped product without going to the cart.
