Group and role access to other roles STILL not working

    Can you clarify what’s not working? Is it not saving the setting? Or are those roles not able to see everything? How did you set the access?

    On the manage groups page, I select ‘Administrator’ and ‘Author’ in the listbox for WP Roles with Full Access.

    It would seem to me that somebody logging in with an Author role would see all the menus, the full menu of Reports Admin and the Reports. The Author sees NOTHING.

    Giving a user role access to a group via full access just means that they can see all of the reports for that group only, not be able to administer the reports themselves.

    You can add a custom capability to the roles you want to administer Exports and Reports, just add this one: exports_reports_full_access
