Greg's High Performance SEO Titles on Post

Hi, I am using Greg’s High Performance SEO, and I noticed that the way I had set my website is showing the titles wrong.

First BLOG NAME, then Title of post.

I would rather do the title, then the name of the blog.

How do I go about it?
