Question for you, I am currently using your Misty Look” theme with a modified header img but it is not validating when I try to validate….any ideas?

MistyLook validates out of the box. 🙂
you did not have any links under your blogroll set to be displayed, and wordpress created an empty ul and /ul tags. just try to enable just one link and you would be ok.
