    I really like the plugin, it does need a few little tweaks for the form, but it is definitely easy to deal with! Good code, and with a little PHP understanding, you can alter the form to fit what you need.
    I am even more impressed with the service from Chris, he listened and suggested things to help get everything to work/look right for my site. He is very interested in feedback and is continuing to improve the plugin. Gotta love that! Thanks Chris you ROCK!
