Great plugin, excellent support

This plugin and Templates add-on do just what I need them to do, which is aggregate on the home site, the posts of the member sites of a multi-site network.

We started out using the Excerpts & Thumbnails add-on, but when that was recently discontinued, I converted to Templates. I was having trouble following the instructions for the conversion (probably more my fault than the fault of the instructions), so I contacted Support. They walked me through the conversion and all went well… and everything looks as it did with the old add-on.

Glad to see that the Support team continues to be very responsive. A while ago, I reported a couple bugs and the support team was extremely responsive in fixing them. Both times the fix was in a new release within days of my reporting the bug. Great support!
