    Have been delaying adding a response form to my website for a while now. I’m from the old (dinosaur age) school and was emailing out paperwork to be completed and then sent back.
    Finally decided to take the plunge, step into the unknown, and try to set up the same form on my website so that it can be completed online.
    Found this FS Contact Form and had it up in no time at all, should have done it ages ago.
    Easy to use, flexible and email followup is great.
    Well done guys 5 Stars from me.
