After two days of frustrating research, after installing every multilingual plugin I could find and fail to do what I wanted, I finally found Multi-Language Framework.
I find it amazing for version 0.1. It is very intuitive, smart built, easy to work with and it simply does the job. It was a very pleasant surprise that it works fine with WordPress 3.5 while other plugins fail to do that.
    Great job guys! Thanks!

The market of multilingual plugin and approach become more and more competitive ;-)

As explained in readme this solution - after comparison with Qtranslate and WPML is based on CPT and child CPT for each language.

Just to inform readers, xili-language plugin - developed since 5 years - was the first using a language taxonomy - to assign language to post or custom post type. This data model seems robust since WP 2.3 ( apparition of taxonomies) to recent WP 3.5... the modifications were currently done for improved WP dashboard UI but not on data architecture model. With this model, it was also very easy to update an existing website.
