Great Name for a theme run by Monkeys

    Have been using the Pro version of the iFeature Pro theme and I have to admit, it may look good at first but you will have your fair share of headaches, the support is VERY Lousy. The guys in support are rude and helpless. Will not recommend buying or installing anything made by monkeys 🙂

    Those words seem pretty defamatory for a free theme. If you have a problem with their Pro themes, you should take that up with them or blog about it, not here where these are supposed to be reviews on the themes hosted here at WordPress.org.

    Sounds more like you are just creating a post out of your own frustrations. Seeing that you only have two posts here at WordPress.org, my assumption seems highly likely.

    I just checked their support forums and compared to many other support forums they look very useful and helpful.

    Nope. I purchased the iFeature pro and it was nothing but a huge headache trying to get any type of support.

    The pro version lacks any of the useful features I got from a free theme I downloaded. suffusion.

    Not only that, I got better support from suffusion. And the community is about 10000x bigger who help FOR FREE!

    You want help after purchasing a paid theme? Pay another $9 a month. And even if you do pay, I doubt they can help you.

    Which is why I requested a refund.
