• I’ve upgraded to the latest version of WordPress, Gravity Forms, and this plugin. I’m in the early phases of setting up my site and have done little configuration, so I don’t expect that there should be conflicts.

I have successfully created some forms for collecting general data. My order form, however, is not working. Clicking the “Product” and “Option” Gravity Forms fields doesn’t cause the blue area to expand for configuration.

The fields do work just fine when I deactivate the Gravity Forms + Stripe Plugin.

I’ve posted on GF and they’ve referred me here.

  • CB, the pinned thread says support is not available here:

Only available via paid support on the gravity+ site. You may want to try that.

Support may not be available here, but this isn’t a support issue with one or two people having problems. The plugin is BROKEN. I have tried on multiple servers, with no other plugins (excepting gravity forms, obviously) tried all the default themes, and with GF + Stripe enabled, the product field simply doesn’t expand. Gravity Forms has come back and said that this is a problem with this plugin, not theirs. So why should we pay to fix a plug in that is broken on dev’s end, not our end?

I concur with what people are saying here. With the Stripe add-on activated, the product item will not open. This happens using the basic Twenty-twelve theme and only GF and the stripe add-on plugins activated, so there’s no other conflict.

You have to follow the installation instructions if you want the plugin to work — in this case, #4:

not really a solution. once you add in your your API keys, then you no longer have access to access the options. my form is stuck in test mode and i can’t get it out to make it live. worse case i’m going to have to de-activate then delete the plug-in, then hope that re-installing it making sure that is in live-mode when i re-install/activate.

here is how i hacked it from test mode to live mode:
in the database options table look for: gfp_stripe_settings
the last entry in the string was “test”. changed that to “live” and now it is in live mode.
