I am unable to log in to Gravatar. My ID and password are correct, but Gravatar does not let me in. What do I do? Thank you.

Is the correct address “[redacted]”?

I tried “[redacted]” That was not the correct email. Am I inserting the correct characters here for the email address?

Got it. I didn’t realize that “dot” referred to “.” Oops. Pretty obvious. Any way, I’ll wait to hear from them. Thank you.

This is now resolved. I have an account at WordPress.com and wordpress.org. This is what confused me. All is now solved. Thank you!
