    Hi,

I am having the same issues as many of you for my new blog (alexday.me). I tried the different solutions mentioned above and beyond. Please advice.

    Thanks,

    ADay

  2. Hi there, as a start, could you please:

    - provide a link to your site

    - describe in some detail the issues you're having and specifically what you've already tried to resolve each one.

    Thanks!

  3. Ah, I just noticed an unlinked URL to your site above. :-)

That site is actually a WordPress.com site, while this forum is for self-hosted WordPress sites where you install the WordPress software on your own server.

The Gravatar in Ryu is tied to the site owner's email address. Check the address under https://wordpress.com/settings/account/ and make sure a Gravatar is set up for that email address.

If you need further help, please use the contact form on WordPress.com to reach staff over there:

    Hi Kathryn,

Thank you very much for your quick and helpful response. I fixed my url from alexday.me to adaythinking.wordpress.com, but I haven't seen a change in my image yet. All of my email addresses are linked to [email removed for privacy]. Can you see if I made the change incorrectly? I'm dying to figure this out.

Sidenote: I also seem to have a hanging bullet point next to my one Page title "about" at the top of my homepage, so it looks like I have two pages with one title-less page.

    Thanks so much,

    Alex

@adaythinking - you're on the wrong forums - these forums are only for self-hosted WP.ORG sites.

    WordPress.COM support is here:

    http://en.forums.wordpress.com/

They'll be able to help you with any of these questions.

  6. As WPyogi said, could you please use the WordPress.com forums or submit a request through the WordPress.com contact form for further help with your issue. We've provided both links above. Thanks!

Tips on getting help in the WordPress.com forums.
