   Hello,
   Regal is a very nice clean theme but I can't see the graphics at all.

   It looks like the images directory wasn't uploaded with the theme. It should be at /wp-content/themes/regal/images/

   Yes, that was it. For some reason WinZip didn't extract the subdirectories. I re-extracted and all is well.
