   I have a website I'm working on : http://mowdyboats.com

   On it, you will notice that the top graphic has about 15 pixels between it and the top of the browser. I do not see a problem with my CSS (I'll include it below.) What is going on here?

   You'll need to reset body's margin:
   body { margin-top: 0; }

   Alternatively, make #outerwrapper absolutely positioned.
