   Hello,
   I just updated to Graphene 1.4. Just wanted to report an apparent bug when trying to shut off "Show Creative Commons logo". In fact, it seems to throw the same error even when going to Graphene Options and clicking Save without changing anything.

   Wrong datatype for second argument in /blah/blah/blah/wp-content/themes/graphene/admin/validator.php on line 60

   Please update to version 1.4.1 and let me know if you're still having issues.
