Let's say I have 3 pages:
Grandparent Page: Products
Parent Page: Office Supplies
Child Page: Pencils
The parent and child pages show up in the breadcrumbs, but not the grandparent. Any advice would be so awesome!

Check the parameters on wp_list_pages and remove any reference to 'depth'.
