Grading system/score with skulls?!

I’m new here, so please forgive me if asking something stupid or something that has been debatted before 🙁

1. I have this grading/score system that I give each album at the end of my review, it ranges from 0 to 6 ‘stars’, but I want to change it to look more ‘metal’ like ex. this one http://www.metalunderground.com/reviews/details.cfm?releaseid=5058 please look at his ‘skull score system’, or even this one: http://www.heavymetal.dk/releases_view.php?id=4234 Is it a plugin that I can download somewhere; not maybe exactly the same but one with smaller skulls or similar would help too 🙂
2. Second thing is almost similar, or in the same category, to the first one; my now cursor looks like a hand (ordinary) but I want to change it to look like ‘horns-up’ ex. here: http://www.metalzone.dk/index.php?side=expandcd&id=2019
What can I do to change these two things. Please help me by providing the right link or a short guide. Thanx in advance.
