GPS Map and Tracking Plugin Recommendation

    Hello,

    Can I get some recommendations on a plugin that will do the following for me?

    – Show a map of the continental divide trail (CDT)
    – Allow me to update my position on the map (using GPS embedded in an iPhone 4S)
    – Allow me to load in GPX tracks onto the map to show a planned hiking route.

    I don’t even know where to start.

    I have a WP site and blog (http://www.unconventionallife.net) and I am wanting to show readers of the blog where I am on a map at any particular time.
