Got autostart with video on my blog

I added these code in htmleditor on my blog. But this video will autostart on loading the page contains this post.
<embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="480" height="400" src="http://player.youku.com/player.php/sid/XMTkyMzQ4NzU2/v.swf" quality="high" align="middle"></embed>

But it won’t like this when I add this to any other page. I also have download all the data and database from server and run it on localhost, and all thing seems good, the video won’t autostart.
I wonder if there is a option or param to control this. I really don’t want the videos start automatically.
Any help appreciated.
