    You can use FTP or Cpanel access to deactivate plugins – find them here:

    wp-content
     plugins
        ...
        ...

    Renaming the folders will deactivate theme.

    Thank you sooooo much. This did the trick.

    It’s the google-analytics-dashboard-for-wp plugin if anyone else finds this problem.
