I wrote a post on my multisite. http://seoforbeginners.info/empirebuilder/triathlontrainingplans-org/sprint-distance-triathlon/ this was indexed nearly instantly. BUT, its not indexed under the domain http://www.triathlontrainingplans.org/sprint-distance-triathlon Is this a problem, and how do I change the permalink to be the domain http://www.triathlon..... Helkp needed please, im new to MU sites.
