Google Webmaster Tools permalink problem

I tried to verify my site with Google Webmaster Tools,but the site looks like (http://www.itechnoholic.com/index.php/2009/05/customer-satisfaction/)I tried to change the permalink but then it shows 404:Not Found.

As I have Windows Hosting ,so I am facing problem.

I was expecting it to open like (http://www.itechnoholic.com/customer-satisfaction/ )

What to do
