I've had a google sitemap on my website for a while that I've had to manually run whenever I do updates and I have the sitemap submitted for it with google sitemaps under my base domain (http://www.mysite.com/sitemap.xml).
Now that I've added my WP blog at http://www.mysite.com/blog/ and I'm getting a wp-sitemap generator (found this one at http://www.arnebrachhold.de), will it be able to generate a sitemap for my whole site including my blog everytime there is a blog post? Or will I need to have two seperate sitemaps submitted to google (http://www.mysite.com/sitemap.xml AND http://www.mysite.com/blog/sitemap.xml)?

That plugin has a setting on its Options page, that lets you include other URL's outside your blog, in the auto-generated SiteMap.

As far as I can tell, it seems to work.

Thanks Dgold! I'll give it a shot and let you know how it goes.
